“I don’t care what the facts are, I’m sticking with my social grievance.” Bubba Wallace might have said as much. He blasted out his “poor, poor me” story and now he refuses to walk it back with an apology.
BLACK DRIVERS MATTER
Wallace and NASCAR have smeared millions of innocent white people. But who cares? It’s virtue signalling, and corporate America is caving in to extortion. And Wallace is getting more press coverage as a “victim” than he ever did as a NASCAR driver. (‘He’s the only black NASCAR driver’. I thought we were supposed to be colorblind…. I never even thought of him as a “black NASCAR driver” until this fiasco erupted.)
LOOK AT ME! I’M FAMOUS! THEY WORSHIP ME!
Wallace had previously demanded that NASCAR ban the Confederate flag from their events in order to make them more comfortable for those who saw the flag in a contentious light. NASCAR banned the flag.
BANNED FROM NASCAR. END OF FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS.
It illustrates how the wishy-washy and dishonest democrats AND republicans think. Recall when Biden uttered the famous words, “we choose truth over facts.” Yeah, that’s right, facts are facts. But you can invent your own truths. And it seems that that’s what Bubba has done.
WE CHOOSE TRUTH OVER FACTS
NASCAR’s statement read: “The FBI has completed its investigation at Talladega Superspeedway and determined that Bubba Wallace was not the target of a hate crime. The FBI report concludes, and photographic evidence confirms, that the garage door pull rope fashioned like a noose had been positioned there since as early as last fall.”
But Wallace isn’t letting it go. He should be saying, “I apologize. I jumped to conclusions. I’m a real dumb ass.”
Instead, Wallace spouted off. Speaking to Don Lemon on CNN, Wallace explained, “I’ve been racing all of my life. We’ve raced out of hundreds of garages that never had garage pulls like that. So people that want to call it a garage pull and put out all the videos and photos of knots being as their evidence, go ahead, but from the evidence that we have – and I have – it’s a straight-up noose.” (As kids, we were always tying nooses. learning to tie a noose was a right of passage. Neither we, nor our parents, ever thought we were threatening anyone. And we loved playing the “hangman” word game.)
Lemon introduced his special guest as Bubba Watson before being corrected by Wallace.
TWO RACE BAITERS?
There it is, videos and photos of the knots in the various bays in the garage as evidence. The FBI investigated, looked at all the evidence, talked to witnesses on the scene (THE FACTS), and reached their conclusion. Still, Wallace said, “from the evidence that we have – and I have – it’s a straight-up noose.” He has evidence? Note that during the interview Wallace also said he hadn’t seen the noose himself but had seen photos of it. Then he added, “It doesn’t matter if we provide evidence, photos. It will always be photoshopped. I will always have haters.” Yup, that’s right, “we choose truth over facts.”
