The Democrat Convention is in its death throes as its last day plays out. Tonight, the nominee himself finally speaks out.
I’ve had no inclination to watch any of it, but watching Biden clown his way through his speech tonight might be worthwhile. (In contrast, Trump will participate in every day of the RNC Convention)
What we are seeing is that a man who was VP in America’s most corrupt administration has now been given the nomination as the Democrat’s presidential candidate.
None of the speakers seem to have said anything of any substance. Also not mentioned were any of the subjects highlighting the corrupt and lawless Obama/Biden administration.
Here is a partial list:
• Benghazi, where the US Ambassador and three other Americans were murdered while the Obama White House slept.
• Fast and Furious, the gun-running Obama scandal that resulted in the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and for which Obama’s self-described “wingman” – Attorney General Eric Holder – became the first Cabinet member in all of US history to be cited for contempt of Congress.
• James Comey – The disgraced Obama-appointed, Trump-fired, FBI Director who played a central role in the use of the FBI to spy on the Trump Presidential campaign and presidency.
• John Brennan – The disgraced Obama CIA Director involved in the spy gate scandal.
• Peter Strzok and Lisa Page – the two FBI officials who spent their time plotting and planning how to stop a Trump presidency.
• Andrew McCabe – Comey’s Deputy Director who was also fired, in this case for lacking “candor.” That would be an accusation of lying.
• Kevin Clinesmith – the now-ex-FBI lawyer who has now pleaded guilty to making a false statement – intentionally altering an e-mail about Trump campaign advisor Carter Page to make it seem he was CIA source when in fact he was – and Clinesmith knew that.
• Lois Lerner – the Obama era IRS official who was at the center of the effort to target conservative political groups that had applied for selected political groups applying for tax-exempt status.
These were Obama/Biden employees. These are the ones who Victor Davis Hanson identified as having “weaponized the IRS, the FBI, the DOJ, the CIA.”
And don’t forget the numerous Hunter Biden and other Biden family scandals.
Again, none of these topics were mentioned by any of the convention speakers, nor did any in the media mention a single word of any of this Obama-Biden corruption during the Democrats’ convention.
This is the legacy of Biden as Vice President. And now the Democrats want to elect this man as President of the United States, and that tells you everything you need to know about the Democrat party.
