Congress is still trying to take guns away from Americans. The recent bill, The Gun Confiscation Orders (GCOs) that passed in the House only applies to people subject to the United States Code of Military Justice.

The bill was slipped in as part of the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
The House bill allows the president (they are expecting a Biden win) to write all of the details.

The details to be determined by the next president include the following:
- What will the standard of proof be for taking away the gun owner’s constitutional rights?
 - What will the accuser need to show?
 - What constitutional rights will the military court proceedings recognize?
 - What will the police do with their gun confiscation order? Ransack the house? Kill the “threatening” (i.e., non-compliant) gun owner?

President Trump threatened to veto the bill, however many Republicans voted with Democrats to pass the gun confiscation, resulting in a veto-proof majority.
See the end of this article for a tally of the vote of House Members.
Congress is trying to sneak this bill through while everyone is distracted by the Chinese virus. It’s now up to the Senate to strip this bill from the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
Additionally, other gun grabbing “red flag” bills are being tacked onto the Coronavirus Relief package.
“Red Flag” Gun Confiscation allows a disgruntled neighbor or ex-spouse to file a complaint against you, allowing SWAT teams to raid your home and confiscate your firearms.
Worse yet, you can’t even defend yourself in court if an order is filed against you!
Additionally, the Violence Against Women Act is being added back in. This would allow the confiscation of thousands of guns from law-abiding women and men, based off decades-old complaints from ex-dating partners, without due process.
Democrat and Republican supported Gun Control groups are using this opportunity to push through gun control.
Senate Republics are willing use gun rights as a bargaining chip.
Senate Republicans will stick a knife in their constituents’ backs, and in Trump’s.

The only way gun owners can break the gun grabbers is by driving out incumbent Republican RINOs and put into Congress more Second Amendment defenders.
