The soundtrack is from an old Charlie Chaplin movie, the character’s final speech. Chaplin plays the part of both a barber and Hynkel, a dictator. In a case of mistaken identity, the barber as the “dictator” is pressed to give a speech. Announcing that he (as Hynkel) has had a change of heart, he makes an impassioned plea for brotherhood and goodwill.
Someone put together a Trump video to match the speech. I think it turned out well.
