A veteran and business owner laid it on the line to the Shasta County, California, Board of Supervisors and their authoritarian Covid lockdown orders.
The county has had only 476 confirmed coronavirus cases.Ten people have died from the virus in the area. And yet, the lockdown is ruining families, businesses, education and the entire county. The residents have had it with the tyranny.
Residents and business owners last week held a rally outside of the Board of Supervisors chamber and demanded Shasta County re-open and lift its ridiculous mask mandate.
Shasta County officials tried to lay all the blame on Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom. “Our local health officer has not made any restrictions over and above what the state of California has, so we are doing all that we can to keep the county as open as possible. Shasta County is open; it is, again, in the category of most open counties in California.”
Carlos Zapata wasn’t buying their line of BS.
More than 80 citizens spoke last week asking the Board of Supervisors to open up Shasta County, but one business owner stood out for his bravery and stern warning to the tyrants. Zapata warned the masked officials in the Board of Supervisors chamber that a revolution is brewing.
This guy was not afraid of telling it like it is. He’s fed up with the petty dictators. Here are some highlights.
“You guys are sitting here with your masks on — I don’t blame you for wearing masks because I would be hiding my face if I was you for what you’re doing,” Zapata said.
“I’m a business owner and I’m telling you, our families are starving — you guys can sit here with your jobs — you’re gonna sit here and get paid to fall asleep in your chair like that gentleman’s doing behind his mask right there.”
“Right now we’re being peaceful and you better be happy we’re good citizens, that we’re peaceful citizens but it’s not gonna be peaceful much longer.
We’re building and we’re organizing and…you won’t stop us when the time comes because our families are starving.”
Zapata added that he went to war for this country and he’s ready to fight for this country again, including against corrupt government officials.

We’re seeing more and more that people are fed up. They can see through the veneer of untruth, exaggeration and political manipulation. They can see the clear distinction between Trump and the fake news, the fake pandemic and the fake Establishment-Swamp-Deep State-Self-Serving Politicians.
Trump is inspiring confidence in Americans. They see that he’s a WINNER. And that he’s going to win a second term. The Democrat fake fiasco convention is only providing Americans with a clear contrast between the candidates and their party platforms. Trump haters can try to spin the convention, but people aren’t blind.
