Anyone who thinks democrats give a crap about gun violence, racial justice, the environment, or any of the other stuff they bitch about is fooling themselves. For them it’s all about power and control. Joe Biden just declared a “climate emergency” that sounds like a dumb PR stunt, but it actually gives him complete control over every aspect of our lives. As an added bonus, it will do absolutely nothing to help the environment.
A couple of days ago, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer let it slip that the democrats’ priority is not the American people, but rather global warming. I wonder why the democrats didn’t say this before the election.

When asked by some dude with a twisted face what his legislative priorities are, Schumer responded simply, “Climate.”
“In my view, President Biden should consider the declaration of a national emergency on climate change,” said Schumer. “Declaring one for climate change, an actual emergency, would a giant step in the right direction.”
And by some miracle, Biden did just that today with more executive orders:

Did you notice the part where CBS says Biden signed an executive order to treat climate change as a national security concern? Is that the climate emergency declaration Schumer’s was begging for? It’s hard to say because nobody in the liberal media is reporting on the specifics of that, but yeah it probably is.
Here’s Biden’s climate advisor and former Obama EPA head Gina McCarthy stating that climate change is the biggest threat to humanity and Biden’s highest priority:

“After all, climate change is the most significant public health challenge of our time,” said McCarthy.
Followed by, “We have to start enforcing the standards today” and “We have to make sure that in this transition that every agency in government is using every tool at their disposal to drive resources.”
That sure sounds like a total government takeover to me. You know, the kind that is possible when a national emergency has been declared. In a national emergency, the government is given powers and control that would otherwise be unconstitutional. If Biden has declared a climate emergency, that gives him complete control over every aspect of our lives.
In this declaration that most certainly happened, carbon has been identified as the enemy. Try to think of anything you do that doesn’t involve a carbon footprint. Driving, using electricity, the food you eat, the clothes you wear, and even breathing and farting emit carbon.
Under a climate emergency Biden can tax and regulate everything he claims will defeat the carbon enemy. And that’s literally everything. He could ban meat and air conditioning. He could put a $1,000 a gallon tax on gas and limit the time you’re allowed to watch TV or use the Internet. You could be forced to apply for a flatulence permit and Biden could even confiscate your weapons under the guise that firearms pollute the environment.
A climate emergency declaration gives Biden unchecked power, which is another way of saying he’s become the dictator they said Trump was. He may be an illegitimate president but he’s a legitimate tyrant.
