Did the democrats just figure out Joe Biden is mentally compromised? A group of House democrats are demanding that the illegitimate president hand over sole authority to launch nuclear weapons. If Crazy Joe can’t be trusted with nukes, he certainly has no business being President of the United States. I have a feeling this is step #1 in removing him from office and installing real socialist/phony human Kamala Harris.
Politico reports on what should be huge news but isn’t:
Nearly three dozen House Democrats on Monday called on Biden to relinquish his sole authority to launch nuclear weapons, in the latest appeal to reform the command-and-control structure so that no single person can initiate a nuclear war.
“…Vesting one person with this authority entails real risks,” states the letter spearheaded by Rep. Jimmy Panetta of California. “Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president’s judgment.“
They offer a number of alternatives, including requiring other officials in the line of succession, such as the vice president and the speaker of the House — “neither of whom can be removed by the president if they disagree — to concur with a launch order.”
“While any president would presumably consult with advisors before ordering a nuclear attack, there is no requirement to do so. The military is obligated to carry out the order if they assess it is legal under the laws of war. Under the current posture of U.S. nuclear forces, that attack would happen in minutes,” reads the letter.
Well duh, that’s the point of having only one person with the nuclear launch codes: a nuclear attack would come fast and you don’t want to have a committee meeting about whether to retaliate or not. Congress can’t even get slam-dunk shit like COVID-19 relief done in under 3 months, so why the f*ck would we want them debating while Chinese warheads are coming our way?
Since this excuse is pure bullshit, clearly the reason democrats are demanding Biden give up sole responsibility for launching nuclear weapons is because they have finally realized what a braindead fool he is. They wanted him in the White House as a figurehead and puppet, but they know he is dangerously unstable and shouldn’t have his skeleton finger anywhere near the button.
This letter is signed by 31 House democrats including Terrible Ted Lieu, Ro Khanna, Barbara Lee, Steve “Chicken Man” Cohen, Mark Pocan, Pramila Jayapal, and Squad members Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Pressley.
This pretty much covers every faction of the democratic party: the idiots, the anti-gunners, the race-baiters, the TDS crowd, the America-haters, the progressives, and the socialists so this is a consensus that Biden can’t be trusted with the nuclear codes.
Again, I cannot overstate how huge this is. Joe’s own party is looking to strip him of his authority. They’re not honest about the reason, but when are democrats ever honest? And besides, we all know why: Joe’s mind is gone.
Nobody thought Biden would serve out his full term but I think generally people expected him to make it a couple of years at least. This move looks like Biden will be out by April. They can probably just tell him he’s going on Spring Break and he’ll forget he was ever the president.
