Technically the speech a president gives before Congress in the first year of his first term is an address to the joint session but it’s the same thing as a State of the Union address and many people are wondering why Joe Biden hasn’t done it yet. It’s long overdue. Could it be that Crazy Joe lacks the mental clarity to speak for an hour and a half without making an ass of himself?
Traditionally, the State of the Union Address is given in the last week of January or the first week of February. The joint session address comes around the same time, but can go as late as the last week of February. Here we are in the last week of February and there’s been no talk of Biden addressing a joint session of Congress.
PBS News Hour claims it already happened. They have a video that indicates Biden delivered his State of the Union last Tuesday:
The video, by the way, is 3 minutes of screensaver, which would be infinitely more cohesive than any kind of address Biden could deliver.
Many people think it’s a little suspicious that Biden hasn’t delivered his address and adding to that suspicion is the liberal media running cover for him. You know something is a bullshit when they do a fact-check:
Fact check: No deadline is in place for delivering State of the Union
The claim: President Joe Biden was supposed to deliver a State of the Union address by Feb. 20
On Jan. 8, 1790, President George Washington delivered the first – and shortest – annual message from a president to Congress in U.S. history.
His message began a tradition of the president providing information to Congress on the condition of the country, rooted in the U.S. Constitution, that evolved to include legislative proposals. It took until 1947 before it officially was called the “State of the Union.”
A Facebook user, though, recently noted that President Joe Biden has not delivered his first State of the Union address. That user falsely claims that “it was supposed to be done by” Feb. 20.
While the U.S. Constitution says the president “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient,” it does not set a timeline.
There is no deadline for a State of the Union address, but every single president has done it in the first two months of the year, something Biden will not accomplish. The claim that Biden hasn’t delivered this address when he was supposed to is 100% true.
Giving further cover for this lack of an address is Nasty Nancy Pelosi:
15) House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has said not to expect any form of State of the Union address from President Biden until the COVID bill is done. So it’s possible State of the Union would then come in mid-March – in whatever form it takes.

Well isn’t that convenient? The democrats’ COVID-19 relief bill is so bad that it will never pass, so Biden is off the hook from ever having to address a joint session of Congress.
During the 2020 presidential campaign, Biden’s handlers hid him in his basement, only allowing carefully scripted and brief interviews with friendly media outlets. Since he stole the White House, Biden is only allowed to give brief pre-recorded statements, reading from a teleprompter or flash cards. Despite all of this choreography, he still manages to f*ck it up, dropping N-bombs and saying he has no idea where the hell he is.
There is no way in hell Joe Biden could stand in front of a joint session of Congress and speak for an hour and a half without revealing to the world that his body is shot and his mind is completely gone.
