Hollywood is super-liberal but there are a few conservatives in the business. Most of them keep their views to themselves since free-thought is a blackballable offense, but some have the guts to be who they are. Actress Gina Carano is one of the few with the balls to be proudly conservative and she’s finding out that it comes with a price. Liberals are persecuting her because she pointed out the liberals persecute conservative views, ironically proving her point.
Gina Carano plays a badass mercenary on the Star Wars spin-off TV show The Mandalorian and is a badass in real life. She is a Muay Thai kick boxer and MMA fighter, plus she’s a hardcore Trump support and conservative. Liberals tried to cancel her last year after she came out in support of getting an accurate count of the 2020 presidential election and because she poked fun at liberal stupidity by listing her pronouns as “beep/bop/boop.”
They are coming for Carano again because she dared to notice the conservative purge that has been going on since democrats stole the White House and Senate. In a now-deleted Instagram post, she made this astute observation:
“Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors…even by children. Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views,” wrote Carano.
Being Nazis themselves, liberals think they own comparing others to Nazis so #FireGinaCarano is trending on Twitter.
did she just compare the holocaust to being a republican .. #FireGinaCarano pic.twitter.com/an3css7Kdr

She literally did not compare being a Republican to the Holocaust. She compared the current persecution of conservatives to the persecution of Jews in Germany that allowed the Nazis to initiate the Holocaust.
Hey @Jon_Favreau defending nazis is super gross, maybe do something about it? #FireGinaCarano pic.twitter.com/IXLSVLdNg4

She literally did not defend Nazis. This is how f*cking stupid liberals are. that can’t even read a couple of sentences to be informed in their outrage. They just see “Nazis” and assume it’s a pro-Nazi stance. Carano is clearly against Nazi persecution as well as liberal persecution.
Gina Carano is saying that being a Republican today is equal to being a Jew during the Holocaust.
The level of cognitive dissonance is appalling. #FireGinaCarano

Again, she never made such a comparison. She did however compare liberals to Nazis, which I think is the problem.
that moment when a transphobic, antisemitic, police bootlicker, covid denier and trump supporter plays a character who fought her whole life against oppression and tyranny. lucasfilm should be ashamed. fire her. #FireGinaCarano pic.twitter.com/IfA3ZF6RbW

Where’s the anti-Semitism? She is sufficiently appalled that Nazis persecuted the Jews, which most people would agree is not a slur or hatred against the Jewish people.
And then, hey, check this out, Gina Carano is cancelled:
‘The Mandalorian’ Star Gina Carano Fired Amid Social Media Controversy
Gina Carano will not be returning to The Mandalorian or the Star Wars galaxy after sharing a post on social media inferring that being a Republican today is like being Jewish during the Holocaust.
“Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future,” a Lucasfilm spokesperson said in a statement. “Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.”
Carano has also been dropped as a client by UTA, an agency spokesperson confirms.
Gina Carano complained that conservatives are persecuted and then she was persecuted for being a conservative. The irony and purge continue.
