Biden Does Not Need A Domestic “Terrorism” Agenda Unless He Is About To Violate American Rights

The federal government is a kind of self perpetuating blob; a cannibalistic creature that must continue to feed on the public and the systems around it in order to survive, but it also must create reasons for its existence so that it may go on feeding uninterrupted. Now, don’t get me wrong – I realize that the apparatus in Washington DC is nothing more than a tool for the power elite to grow their scope of control as well as grow their wealth. That said, without a large federal government the establishment oligarchy would have no ability to project the force they need to compel the population to comply with their agenda.
There are only two real mandates for the government, only two reasons for its existence in our republic: To secure America’s borders from invasion and to protect the freedoms of the citizenry. That’s it. It is not the job of the government to compel you to take an experimental and questionable covid vaccine over a virus that 99.7% of people will easily survive. It is not the job of the government to create artificial “social equity” by favoring one group or ethnicity over another. It is not the job of the government to spy on millions of Americans because they do not agree with the leftist ideology. It is not the job of government to make war on the very people it is mandated to protect.
Yet, this is exactly what the government is doing today while its totalitarianism is disguised as “humanitarianism”. In other words, they are essentially arguing that they must make war on the people in order to protect the people from themselves.
One of Joe Biden’s first actions upon entering the White House was to initiate a 100 day review of the government’s domestic terrorism policies, and I think this says a lot about what path his presidency is bound to follow. Yes, the media continually argues that the Capitol protest on Jan 6th was a vast conspiracy on the part of conservatives to “overthrow” the democratic process and commit insurrection. In fact, all it really amounted to was a large protest which was less violent than the majority of Black Lives Matter protests across the nation over the past year.
The media also incessantly mentions the five deaths that occurred on the day of the protest while continuing to ignore the fact that NOT ONE of those deaths has been attributed to the direct actions of protesters, and at least three of the deaths were due to natural causes. MORE.

Chilling: Biden Allies Now Prepared to Censor Americans’ Text Messages for ‘Disinformation’ on COVID Vaccines
Via Becker News
The Biden administration’s allies are now set on further suppressing the speech of dissenting Americans, which would be forbidden under the Constitution’s First Amendment if ‘technically’ carried out by the government itself.
The corporatist initiative, at least as a first step, is framed as a fight against COVID disinformation, Politico revealed in a report on Monday.
“Biden allied groups, including the Democratic National Committee, are also planning to engage fact-checkers more aggressively and work with SMS carriers to dispel misinformation about vaccines that is sent over social media and text messages,” Politico said in an alarming passage. “The goal is to ensure that people who may have difficulty getting a vaccination because of issues like transportation see those barriers lessened or removed entirely.”
“We are steadfastly committed to keeping politics out of the effort to get every American vaccinated so that we can save lives and help our economy further recover,” White House spokesperson Kevin Munoz said. “When we see deliberate efforts to spread misinformation, we view that as an impediment to the country’s public health and will not shy away from calling that out.”
The restriction of Americans’ text messages is an escalation in a bid to censor dissenting views on hot-button issues such as the 2020 election and vaccines. While social media giants have hidden behind Section 203 protections and invoked private terms of service to justify selective censorship, the mobile phone industry is subject to a different set of regulations under the Federal Communications Commission.
“The FCC is barred by law from trying to prevent the broadcast of any point of view,” the FCC website states. “The Communications Act prohibits the FCC from censoring broadcast material, in most cases, and from making any regulation that would interfere with freedom of speech. Expressions of views that do not involve a ‘clear and present danger of serious, substantive evil’ come under the protection of the Constitution, which guarantees freedom of speech and freedom of the press and prevents suppression of these expressions by the FCC.”
“According to an FCC opinion on this subject, ‘the public interest is best served by permitting free expression of views.’ This principle ensures that the most diverse and opposing opinions will be expressed, even though some may be highly offensive,” it continues.
“The FCC, however, does have enforcement responsibilities in certain limited instances,” it continues. “For example, the Courts have said that indecent material is protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution and cannot be banned entirely. It may be restricted, however, in order to avoid its broadcast when there is a reasonable risk that children may be in the audience.”
However, in 2018, the FCC voted to clarify that “wireless carriers have the authority to block unwanted or spam text messages,” Reuters reported. However, “Democrats warned the decision would allow carriers to block or censor texts that customers send.”
“The FCC voted 3-to-1 to classify text messages as an information service rather than a telecommunications service, which it said would have limited the ability of wireless carriers to combat robotexts and spam messages,” the Reuters report continued.
FCC Chairman Ajit Pai said at the time the decision would allow wireless providers “to continue taking action against unwanted text messages.”
But FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel, a Democrat, said the FCC’s vote means “you no longer have the final say on where your text messages go and what they said. That means your carrier now has the legal right to block your text messages and censor the very content of your messages.” MORE.
Fauci admits a third Covid jab may be needed 'across the board' in the future https://t.co/8Swh49eBY2

Dr Anthony Fauci admitted that a third booster Covid-19 vaccine may be needed in the future after a meeting with Pfizer bosses.
The nation’s top infectious disease expert was among the US federal health officials who attended a virtual meeting on Monday evening which saw Pfizer present data on why they believe a third shot of its vaccine is needed amid a spike in the Delta variant.
Pfizer has claimed immunity given by its Covid vaccine is already waning – and it wants to dish out booster jabs for people to take six months after they have their second dose.
The US drug giant claims real-world data from Israel’s world-beating drive has shown ‘vaccine efficacy in preventing both infection and symptomatic disease has declined six months post-vaccination.’
In an appearance on CNN’s Cuomo Prime Time after the meeting, Fauci said a third booster jab may be needed ‘across the board’ in the future, or just for those with underlying health conditions.
Americans may need get a vaccine booster in the future, but not now, says Dr. Anthony Fauci.
"If…there is a decision if and when to get boosters, then we will hear about it. But it will be based on a comprehensive study, not on the announcement from a pharmaceutical company." pic.twitter.com/PBgKY8Qcck
— Cuomo Prime Time (@CuomoPrimeTime) July 13, 2021
But he insisted that based on the data they currently have, people don’t need to get a booster jab yet, saying any changes to advice would be based off a comprehensive study, not the words of a pharmaceutical company.
Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said: ‘The CDC [The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] and the FDA [Food and Drug Administration] said that based on the data we know right now, we don’t need a booster, that doesn’t mean that that won’t change, and we might need, as a matter of fact, at some time to give boosters across the board or select groups, such as the elderly or those with underlying health conditions.’
Meanwhile, Israel said on Sunday it will begin offering a third dose of Pfizer’s vaccine to adults with weak immune systems but was still weighing whether to make the booster available to the general public. MORE.

DOJ Retracts Claim It Seized ‘Fully Constructed’ Lego Set From Accused Capitol Rioter
Via The Epoch Times
The Department of Justice has retracted its claim that it seized a “fully constructed U.S. Capitol Lego set” from an accused Jan. 6 Capitol breacher.
In an memorandum asking a court to order Robert Morss be held pending trial, prosecutors claimed that law enforcement officials “recover[ed] a fully constructed U.S. Capitol Lego set” while arresting the defendant.
But in a supplemental motion, authorities said that they erred in conveying that claim.
“Please note that after a review of the photographs from the search, there appears to have been a miscommunication and that statement appears to be inaccurate. The Lego set was in a box and not fully constructed at the time of the search, as pictured below,” they wrote.
A lawyer representing Morss didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time.
Morss is in custody on charges including civil disorder and violent entry of a building on Capitol grounds.
Surveillance footage showed Morss on Jan. 6 pushing his way toward a line of officers guarding the Lower West Terrace doors of the Capitol, prosecutors say. He then allegedly grabbed an officer’s shield and passed it back to other members of the crowd. MORE.

The library apologized, but a promo for the event clearly showed a grown adult in a rainbow monkey costume with a swinging phallus between their legs.
A man dressed in a rainbow monkey costume with his butt exposed and a large dildo hanging between his legs, was part of an event to encourage kids to read.
The Redbridge Libraries Summer Reading Challenge left parents confused and outraged after the rainbow monkey man in a buttless suit read to kids, the dildo swinging freely from his genital area.
A clip of the promotion could be found online.

“Someone needs to lose their job over this,” one parent said. While another was shocked, saying “This is unbelievable. Have we completely lost our moral compass as a society?”
The library did apologize, but not after photos and a video emerged online showing the furry, pornographic reading in the library.
