Every couple of months you will see all of the liberal media proclaim a sharp rise in hate crimes. What they leave out in their hysterical reporting is that hate crimes generally fall into one of three categories: Blacks attacking Asians, blacks attacking LGBT people, and blacks perpetrating hate crime hoaxes. This one is of the third variety. A Black student in Missouri has confessed to leaving racist anti-black graffiti in the school bathroom.
Here’s how it started last week according to The St. Louis Post-Dispatch:
Several hundred students “tired and angry” about racist acts walked out of Parkway Central High School in protest on Thursday morning, one day after racist graffiti was found in bathrooms in two schools. Some students cursed and shouted at school administrators. Others were brought to tears.
Students and administrators said this isn’t the first incident.
This time, the graffiti was discovered Wednesday in several boys’ bathrooms at Parkway Central and at least one at Parkway North. At Parkway Central, someone had written a racial slur for African Americans on the walls as well as a statement wishing the death of Black people.The walkout at Parkway Central was organized on social media on Wednesday evening, students said, by those fed up with similar incidents. Students stood outside the administrative building on campus on Wednesday, chanting “no justice, no peace” and passing around a megaphone to share their experiences with prejudice at school.
And since you’ve read the headline, you already know how it turned out but here’s The St. Louis Post-Dispatch again with the details:
School district officials on Tuesday announced a “not white” student admitted to writing racist graffiti in multiple bathrooms at Parkway Central High School last week.
A spokeswoman for the Parkway School District later confirmed in an interview the student was Black. She said officials don’t know why the student committed the acts of vandalism, or used the racist slurs.
Following the “hate crime” but before it was learned the graffiti was written by a black student, Parkway Superintendent Keith Marty said, “There will be no tolerance for those who choose to purposely degrade others,” and promising “significant consequences” for the perpetrator.
After it was discovered the racist graffiti artist was black, Marty said the perpetrator’s race, “does not diminish the hurt it caused or the negative impact it has on our entire community.”
Rather than zero tolerance and significant consequences, Marty instead wants some empathy for this poor black student:
“We cannot presume the reasons a student would do this and it will be important to understand why this happened as we move forward,” said Marty.
That’s quite a turnaround, isn’t it? Race changes everything when it comes to hate crimes.
The weird thing is, this school has a tradition of this sort of thing. In 2017 at the same school a “non-white” student was busted writing “White Lives Matter” and the N-word in a bathroom. Also, just this year, a black adult was busted for spray painting racist graffiti on nearby schools.
Given the prevalence of black people doing this, it’s absurd that they never suspected a black guy in the latest case. It would have actually been bizarre if it turned out to be a white student.
This case will go in the books as an anti-black hate crime and very soon the liberal media will include it in their statistics that show hate crimes are spiking across the country.
