Jason Blake is one of the criminal scumbags who helped propel the Summer of Floyd riots last year. He attacked police officers and pulled a knife before one white cop shot him several times in the back. He lived but that didn’t stop people from rioting and looting. It also didn’t stop then-candidate Joe Biden from condemning the justified use of force as racism and demanding justice. Welp, Biden’s in the White House now and his Department of Justice has declined to charge the officer.
Back in August of 2020, black guy Jacob Blake had a run-in with the Kenosha police:
WARNING: this video is extremely graphic.
Police in Kenosha, Wisconsin appear to shoot a man seven times in the back at point blank range after he ignores commands. We’re no other non-lethal methods considered, @KenoshaPolice?

This is what Def-Con News wrote about it at the time:
As you can see, Blake fights off officers and makes a beeline to his vehicle. One officer with his gun drawn commands Blake to stop but he ignores. Blake opens the door of his vehicle and reaches in for something, possibly a weapon, The officer with the gun drawn, had no choice to open fire because if Blake got a hold of a weapon, he and the other officers’ lives would have been in danger.
Officers immediately rendered aid and Blake was taken to the hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
Blake did indeed have a knife in his hand, so this was a completely justified use of force. The black people of Kenosha, Wisconsin disagreed and launched into weeks of rioting, which is where teenager Kyle Rittenhouse killed two Antifa losers in self-defense, BTW.
Joe Biden was against the riots, claiming he denounced them weeks before they happened. Joe however was more against the cop who took action to save his and his fellow officer’s lives. Check out these tweets from Biden last year:
Once again, a Black man — Jacob Blake — was shot by the police. In front of his children. It makes me sick.
Is this the country we want to be?
Needless violence won’t heal us. We need to end the violence — and peacefully come together to demand justice. pic.twitter.com/WdNqrxA3PK

Yesterday, Jacob Blake was shot seven times in the back by police. His kids watched from the car. Today, we woke to grieve yet again.
We need a full and transparent investigation. https://t.co/9X7l25nq8d

Biden was a candidate last year but now he’s in the White House so he is uniquely positioned for a transparent investigation and the results are going to make him sick again.
Fox News reports:
The Justice Department will not pursue federal civil rights violation charges against the Wisconsin police officer who shot Jacob Blake last summer, which culminated in days of violent riots where two people were killed.
Kenosha police officer Rusten Sheskey shot Blake, 30, on Aug. 23, 2020 during a domestic disturbance call. The shooting left Blake paralyzed amid a summer of riots nationwide about police tactics and racial injustice.
In its finding, the Justice Department said a team of prosecutors from its Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Wisconsin reviewed evidence obtained by the FBI and state investigators in an effort to determined if Sheskey violated federal law.
“The department makes this decision because the evidence obtained is insufficient to prove that the KPD officer willfully used excessive force. Accordingly, the review of this incident has been closed without a federal prosecution,” said the DoJ in a statement.
Which is another way of saying that the officer acted accordingly and did absolutely nothing wrong. FYI, state prosecutors have also declined to charge Sheskey because body cam footage clearly shows Blake with a knife.
Now that there’s been a transparent investigation, will Joe Biden apologize to the officer and the entire Kenosha Police Department for accusing them of being racists? They probably shouldn’t hold their breath. Chances are, Joe doesn’t even remember this happened.
