Liberal website Mediaite thought they were knocking Trump supporters down a peg by making fun of them for believing in demons. The idea they tried to push is that Trump supporters are backwards rednekcs who believe in silly creatures, while Biden supporters are sophisticated and intelligent. All they really did was bag on people who have religious faith and prove that liberals are self-loathing heretics.

Most Trump Voters Believe in DEMONS — And 1 in 5 Say They Have MET a Ghost
According to a spooky new poll, a majority of Trump voters believe in demons, a plurality of them believe in ghosts — and a good chunk say they have met one or the other.
In the latest poll from YouGov, respondents were asked “Do you think each of the following do or do not exist?”, and were given a list of ghoulish creatures to evaluate.
As a whole, Americans appear to be a credulous lot when it comes to “ghosts” and “demons,” with pluralities of 41 percent to 39 percent and 43 percent to 39 percent, respectively, saying the non-corporeal entities do exist.
But it was supporters of former President Donald Trump who tipped the balance on both questions, with a whopping 51 percent saying they believe demons exist, and just 30 percent saying demons don’t exist. Only 31 percent of President Joe Biden’s supporters say they believe in Demons, versus 53 percent who say they do not exist.
OMG!!! Look how stupid those rubes are for believing in fantastical creatures! Meanwhile, check out how sane and rational Biden’s supporters are.
The biggest flaw with this Mediaite article and the poll is: Joe Biden doesn’t have supporters, while Donald Trump has tens of millions. Need proof? Compare a Biden rally of 12 people to a stadium full of MAGA hat wearers.
And here’s why this Mediaite attempted dunk isn’t the sick burn they think it is: Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and nearly every major religion in the world believes in evil entities. They believe in both angels and demons as part of their faith. These aren’t some kind of fringe beliefs as most people in the world hold them.
What Mediatite is actually saying here is that Trump supporters are more religious than Biden supporters. Or that Biden supporters are more Godless than Trump supporters. The fact that they packaged it as an insult shows that they are bitter atheists with contempt for religion.
This is them making fun of people for having religious faith.
But hey, if they are looking for silly beliefs to laugh at, why not ask Biden supporters the following questions:
Do you believe there are more than 2 genders?
Do you believe that it’s not just women who menstruate and give birth?
Do you believe killing unborn babies saves lives?
Do you you believe global warming causes cold weather?
Do you believe Joe Biden got 81 million votes and won the 2020 election fair and square?
Liberals believe all kinds of things that aren’t true and cannot be proven. And the thing is, none of their beliefs come from a place of faith or conviction, just ignorance and hatred.
