Last year when Donald Trump was president the fake news industry ran daily COVID-19 death totals, saying the blood was on his hands. Around the time Joe Biden took office, the liberal media stopped the death tallies because obviously they can’t blame a democrat. They will continue to not hold Biden accountable for the fact that more people have now died under his watch than when Trump was in the White House.
Here’s an interesting story that ABC News barely reported and everyone else ignored:
More Americans have died from COVID-19 this year than from the virus in all of 2020, according to newly updated data from Johns Hopkins University.
More than 353,000 COVID-19 deaths have been reported since Jan. 1, compared with 352,000 COVID-19 deaths in the first 10 months of the pandemic.
Okay, Biden hasn’t been in office the entire year, he was sworn in at the end of January, so some of the 2021 COVID-19 deaths when under Trump. The 2020 numbers represent 10 months and Biden has only been in office for 8 months. The only way Biden doesn’t beat Trump in a comparable time frame is if there are zero COVID-19 deaths in October and November. Since that ain’t gonna happen, more people will have died under Biden.
Keep in mind that Trump didn’t have nearly the tools and resources to fight COVID-19 when the pandemic broke out. China lied and hid the virus outbreak until it was too late. Trump initiated travel bans, which Biden called “racist and xenophobic” and he developed a vaccine in record time.
Biden on the other hand inherited the Trump vaccine and the Trump plan to distribute it and there were a million people a day getting the jab when he took office. Biden also criticized Trump’s response to the pandemic, claiming he had a much better plan. That plan was mask and vaccine mandates that haven’t done anything to slow the pandemic and the fact that more people have died under his rule proves how full of shit he is.
When Trump was president, all we heard from the left was how he murdered every single person who died from COVID-19.
In April of 2020, the liberal media collectively noted that the COVID-19 deaths had exceeded American deaths in the Vietnam War and of course blamed Trump.
In July of 2020, Nancy Pelosi dubbed COVID-19 “the Trump virus,” and said he was personally responsible for killing everyone who died from it.
As recently as last month, traitor Alexander Vindman said a failure to remove Trump from office in the first sham impeachment trial was directly responsible for 600,000 COVID-19 deaths in the U.S.
Despite more deaths under Biden and the distinct advantages he had over Trump in dealing with the pandemic, nobody is saying the blood is Joe’s hands.
Nobody is pointing out that more people died of COVID-19 under Biden than U.S. combat deaths in wars since the 20th Century combined.
Or that under Biden the COVID-19 deaths are equal to 6 Vietnam Wars
Or 1,177 9/11s.
Or 14,120 Sandy Hooks.
And the thing here is, Biden spent the entire 2020 presidential campaign arm-chair quarterbacking Trump’s COVID-19 response, saying he could do better. Obviously, that was another lie and another lie that the liberal media won’t hold him accountable for.
