The title of this article requires no explanation, does it? We all know the U.S. Senate is split 50-50 and is essentially controlled by the democrats with Kamala Harris representing the tying vote.
However, since Jan. 27, the Republicans have dumbfoundedly been thrust into control because Sen. Ben Luján (D-NM) became inactive due to having suffered a stroke.
“U.S. Senator Ben Luján, D-New Mexico, checked into Christus St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Santa Fe on January 27. He complained of dizziness and fatigue, according to his official statement. Doctors determined that the 49-year-old, first-term Senator, had a stroke in his cerebellum—the back part of the brain that controls walking, motor learning, vision and more,” according to The COVID Blog.
Luján, by the way, was a huge proponent of censoring anyone who questions the government narrative as well as forced jabbing and masking of the American people. He bragged about being “vaccinated” in December of 2020. He did not publicly announce whether he has been boosted, but based on his strong belief it is an educated guess that he was.
Reports are suggesting Luján will return in time to provide a rubber stamp to Joe Biden’s pick for the Supreme Court, but time will tell.
However, in the meantime, the GOP has gained a great deal of power, and yet, the Biden regime’s agenda is full steam ahead with votes this week.

By a 65-27 vote, they approved of a continuing resolution to spend our tax dollars through March 11. That vote required a three-fifths vote meaning the GOP could stop it even with Luján there.
Prior to the vote, six Republican senators signed a letter on the reason for the mandate amendments. They include Mike Braun (IN), Ted Cruz (TX), Mike Lee (UT), Cynthia Lummi (WY), Roger Marshall (KS) and Rand Paul (KY).
“We have consistently opposed President Biden’s federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates, which would force millions of Americans to choose between an unwanted medical procedure and being able to provide for their families. For legal, constitutional, and policy reasons, we remain not only strongly opposed to the mandates, but also firmly convinced that the risk of inaction on our part is unacceptably high,” the letter stated.
So, were their efforts successful? Did Republicans get anything out of it? Of course not.
Rejected that same day was an amendment to “prohibit funding for COVID-19 vaccine mandates,” and amendment to “prohibit the use of Federal funding for schools and early childhood development facilities that enforce COVID-19 vaccine mandates on children in order to protect the rights of parents to make medical decisions that affect their child,” and an amendment that would “require balanced budgets in concurrent resolutions on the budget.”
Also, this week, the Senate confirmed Robert Califf as Biden’s pick to head the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Tuesday. Califf had the same role under Barack Obama.
As Vaccine Impact reported, Califf had an abysmal record on opioids and is a fan of murdering babies in the womb. His confirmation this time around was a 50-46 vote compared to 89-4 under Obama, but the GOP still had the power to stop him.

We’re deeply disappointed in the result of today’s vote. Robert Califf’s confirmation to lead the FDA paves the way for permanent authorization of mail-order abortion drugs, at a dire cost to women’s health and safety and the lives of countless unborn children. We urge our allies in the states and Congress to take swift action to stop the flow of these dangerous drugs to post offices and pharmacies across America. SBA List will continue to monitor the FDA’s actions to expand chemical abortion drugs and expose the extremism of the abortion lobby and the pro-abortion Biden administration. We will never stop fighting to ensure that unborn children and their mothers are protected under the law.
While we’re discussing baby murder, the democrats plan a vote on Feb. 28 for the Women’s Health Protection Act, which requires 60 votes.
Life Site News describes that bill as one “that would enshrine abortion-on-demand in federal law, forcing states to allow the practice to go on virtually unregulated regardless of what the U.S. Supreme Court may say about Roe v. Wade.”
On the worthless Republican front, the Strident Conservative has reported on Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) joining Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) in support of a bill that would put control of censorship officially in the government’s hands, and Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IO) has joined Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) in advancing so-called “sensible” gun control and in support of Biden’s gun grabbing agenda.
And the “always worthless” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has thrown his support for Biden’s race- and sex-based Supreme Court pick saying in a CBS interview last month: “Put me in the camp of making sure that the court, and other institutions, look like America.”

Having digested the above information, one must ask, ‘What the hell are these RINO fools doing?’
Thoughts come to mind such as, ‘Republicans are their own worst enemies,’ and ‘With Republicans this progressive, the democrats don’t need to control congress.’
Here we are presently, conservatives salivating at the prospects of Republicans regaining control of both houses of Congress in November 2022. But what the hell good will this do for Conservatism if these dumb ass RINOs and foolish Republicans vote The Regime’s America-destroying progressivisms?
We the People need a miracle.
And We the People MUST NOT be looking for Republicans to deliver our miracle.
