The liberal media formula is pretty simple: Black victim plus white attacker equals coverage and outrage. It doesn’t even matter if it’s true. The reverse however doesn’t warrant any interest because it doesn’t fit the narrative that white people are racist. The latest narrative buster being ignored is the case of a black scumbag who raped a 14-year-old boy simply because he is white.
KTNV reports that 42-year-old Willie Collins, a career criminal, has been arrested for a violent sexual assault.
On February 24, Collins approached a 14-year-old boy on Tonopah Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. Collins told the boy that he had a gun and if he didn’t comply he’d kill him. Collins then forced the kid into a dumpster, where he raped the youngster.
The boy fought off his attacker and was eventually able to escape where he alerted a passerby to the crime he suffered. Collins ran off but cops had no trouble finding him. Officers reviewed video surveillance from the area and found shots of Collins with his pants off. They noticed he had an ankle monitor and quickly connected the dots.
Collins was arrested at his residence about a quarter-mile from where the attack took place. Collins was under house arrest for robbery with a deadly weapon. He is also a registered sex offender with a conviction for open and gross lewdness.
Collins was originally charged with battery with the intent to commit sexual assault, sexually motivated kidnapping, and two counts of sexual assault of a victim under the age of 16, but that got an upgrade because he’s not just a scumbag but also a moron.
At a court proceeding prosecutors asked Collins how he selected his victim and he replied, “because he was white.”
And with that, all the charges were upgraded to hate crimes. He now faces:
Kidnapping of a minor – motivated by hate or bias toward the victim
Two counts of sexual assault against a child under 16 – motivated by hate or bias toward the victim
Battery with intent to commit sexual assault against a child under 16 – motivated by hate or bias toward the victim
Child abuse or neglect – motivated by hate or bias toward the victim
This case is extremely rare for a couple of reasons: 1) It’s a hate crime involving a black person that isn’t a hoax and 2) a black assailant was actually charged with hate crimes.
The Southern Poverty Law Center recently released its annual Hate and Extremism report to let us know that white supremacy is the biggest threat facing this country. The most shocking thing revealed in that report is that Tucker Carlson is fanning the flames of racism. Apparently that’s much worse than a black scumbag raping a white kid.
If a white man had abducted and raped a black kid, the liberal outrage meter would explode. This would be the top story from coast-to-coast with “experts” crying that racism is rotting our country from within. Remember Tawana Brawley and the Duke Lacrosse team? Somehow when the races are reversed and the crime real, there’s no interest from the liberal media.
