Former democrat representative Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) has accused Joe-Joe Biden of serving as “a front man” who is doing the bidding of Barack Hussein Obama.
This from slaynews.com.
And there are untold millions of Americans who are quick to praise Ms. Gabbard for her grasp of the obvious.
Gabbard, a former [democrat] presidential candidate, made the remarks while speaking out against Biden’s “Disinformation Governance Board,” aka “Ministry of Truth.”
She is questioning the timing of Biden announcing the board just days after Obama called for dissidents to be censored online.
“Biden is just a front man,” Gabbard declared.
“Obama, April 21: social media censors ‘don’t go far enough,’ so the government needs to step in to do the job.
“Democrats, who say you’re against dictatorships, where are your voices condemning the Ministry of Truth?
“Even worse are Republicans who say such a propaganda board is needed but it should be headed by someone who’s not biased—not Jankowicz.
“They all need to read the Bill of Rights.”

Legal scholar Jonathan Turley, a self-identifying liberal, also weighed in on the controversial move, writing, in part:
Biden’s new Disinformation Governance Board is a telling replacement for the corporate censorship system.
[P]erhaps ‘We do not merely destroy our enemies; we change them’ – ‘George Orwell, 1984.’
Democrats are falling back to their final line of defense—and finally being honest about their past use of corporate surrogates.
They are now calling for outright state censorship,
Obama declared: ‘This is an opportunity, it’s a chance that we should welcome for governments to take on a big important problem and prove that democracy and innovation can coexist.’
He is talking about imposing ‘standards’ on companies to force them to censor ‘lies’ and ‘disinformation.’
Note the First Amendment provided above.
We may take some comfort in the thought that a clearly thinking SCOTUS will disallow a Disinformation Governance Board to remain intact.
But we may also fear that much of our Supreme Court has seemed compromised and lacking a “practical originalist” nature of late.
And there is the one vote by the recent addition to the High Court which many believe is a corruption and a danger in itself.
God speed to Conservatism.
And God speed to the powers of right and true.
