This is rich. Kamala Harris, part of the Biden administration that stole the 2020 election and illegitimately occupies the White House, says the Supreme Court is illegitimate. What’s next, is she going to accuse the Justices of sleeping their way to their positions?
Harris sat down with Chuck Todd, who I understand has been fired, to talk about killing babies:
“How much confidence do you have in the Supreme Court?” Todd asked.
“I think this is an activist court,” Harris said.
“What does that mean?” Todd asked.
See, even liberal douchebag Chuck Todd has a hard time forging out what the hell Kamaltoe is talking about.
“It means that we had an established right for almost half a century, which is the right of women to make decisions about their own body, as an extension of what we have decided to be, the privacy rights to which all people are entitled. And this court took that constitutional right away,” Harris replied.
If it was a constitutional right to kill unborn babies, and it’s not, the Supreme Court couldn’t have taken it away. The purpose of the SCOTUS is to determine the constitutionality of things, which means they make rulings based on what the Constitution says. There is nothing in the Constitution that say abortion is a protected right.
What the Supreme Court did in overturning Roe v. Wade was correct a bad decision. They didn’t ban abortion, they gave it to the states to decide, which is the correct Constitutional interpretation of the issue.
The constitution states very clearly that any powers not granted to the federal government are to remain with the states. There’s no article that grants the federal government the power to kill unborn babies. Look it up.
“And we are suffering as a nation because of it,” Harris added.
I’m doing fine. How about you? The only people who are suffering from this are whacko liberals, most of who are too old to get pregnant, too lesbian to get pregnant, or too male to get pregnant. That’s a testament the the sheer insanity on the left: a bunch of people who will never need an abortion are suffering because some states have put commonsense restrictions on abortion.
“That causes me great concern about the integrity of the Court overall,” Harris said.
If if Harris says the SCOTUS has no integrity, she’s calling them illegitimate.
And the reason why she’s saying they are illegitimate is because they did their job as outlined by the Constitution. Again, this shows how truly demented the left is. They don’t want the Supreme Court basing their decisions on the Constitution, they want it to push their unconstitutional agenda.
There’s nothing in the Constitution that supports killing unborn babies, giving sex change operations to children, or telling people they have to take untested drugs.
Kamala Harris sucks but in her defense, she managed to get through this minute-long clip without bursting out in a cackle. It however doesn’t change the fact that she’s the illegitimate one and her calling the Supreme Court illegitimate is projection at its finest.
