Elon Musk’s takeover saga with the social network Twitter has been ongoing for quite some time.
For a short period of time, it looked like his original plans to buy the company were about to fall through.
But recently, the billionaire decided to return to his initial bid, and the Deep State—who have much to hide and plenty to fear about this takeover—may actually allow Musk to take ahold of the proverbial carrot on a stick that has been dangled out in front of him, thereby truly buying the massive network.
This from thepatriotjournal.com.
Now word is circulating that the Tesla founder has big plans for the Blue Bird.
We know he has talked about restoring free speech on the social network. He seems to be no fan of the left-leaning company’s war on conservatives. But that’s not all. Musk seems poised to clean house–and make sure the dead weight is cut loose.
From Breitbart:
Massive layoffs could be on the horizon for the far-left social platform Twitter in the coming months, no matter who owns the company, according to documents obtained by the Washington Post.
In one presentation to potential investors in his takeover bid, Elon Musk reportedly states that he plans to lay off 75% of the company’s 7,500 workers…
Elon Musk told prospective investors in his deal to buy the company that he planned to get rid of nearly 75 percent of Twitter’s 7,500 workers, whittling the company down to a skeleton staff of just over 2,000.
There is good reason for Musk to make such drastic cuts to Twitter—removing as many as 75% of its current employees.
Musk had tried to back out of the deal when he believed the company was underreporting the number of fake accounts on its site.
If Twitter is really made up of 20% (or more) of bots, then it is far less valuable than previously claimed. That means, to make Twitter profitable, big cuts are in order.
Not only that, but Musk is well aware that most of Twitter’s staff are left-wing activists who have clamped down on free speech.
Twitter is notorious for silencing conservatives and Trump supporters–while letting groups like ISIS post freely. This is due to Twitter’s many leftist workers, who control the website.
This move by Musk could be aimed at simply cleaning Twitter of this toxic culture—get it down to a manageable size—while increasing profits.
“Then, he can rebuild it with employees who share his vision of free speech.”
Not a bad plan. And definitely something Twitter needs.
But even if Musk doesn’t buy the company, its current bosses plan to cut at least a 25% of the work force.
“So, lefties, your days of controlling speech online [may be numbered].”
Final thoughts: I find it hard to believe the Obiden Regime will allow Twitter to become a voice of Free Speech. And speak of skeletons in closets—there may be no end to the dirt that would pour forth following a Musk takeover.
No, I believe what we may very well have here is more smoke-and-mirrors by the Left and what may come to be known as the Big Tease perpetrated on Elon Musk and on We the People.
