OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH)--A man was arrested Sunday for allegedly masturbating on his apartment balcony while children swam in the pool.
Oklahoma City police responded to a disturbance call at an apartment complex near North Council road and Reno avenue on Sunday night around 10:30.
When officers arrived, a witness told them that Stanley Stahlman, 49, was trying to talk to her daughter and her friends at the pool, who were all under 16-years old.
The witness told police that Stahlman said he was trying to see the children's breasts.
Stahlman then allegedly made his way up to his apartment balcony, which overlooks the pool, and began to masturbate, according to the witness.
The witness said that they could not see Stahlman's genitals because of poor eyesight, but that it "was apparent" that he was masturbating.
The witness said that their nine-year-old daughter and other children were still in the pool area and could see Stahlman masturbating.
Stahlman reportedly whistled at two girls aged six and eight at the pool two weeks prior to Sunday's incident, which caused him to be banned from the pool.
