Solve a fake problem with fake meat? Yup, that’s the plan. Bill Gates says in order to beat global warming we have to eat 100% synthetic beef. He says poor country can still eat real beef but for rich countries like ours it’s Frankensteaks and mystery burgers.
Gates did an interview with Technology Review regarding his evil plans to reverse the fictitious climate change or whatever they are calling it this week. The interview didn’t touch on his population control initiatives to wipe out humanity, but he does have some ideas on how to make living suck as bad as possible until he can figure out a way to get rid of all the pesky humans.
After saying, “Africa and other poor countries,” can continue to eat real meat from real animals, Gates had this to say about us:
“I do think all rich countries should move to 100% synthetic beef,” said Gates.
Keep in mid that he’s not talking about pant-based meat like veggie burgers, this is synthetic lab-grown flesh.
And he gave fake meat this ringing endorsement:
“You can get used to the taste difference,” Gates added.
You can probably get used to anything, including getting kicked in he nuts everyday but that doesn’t mean you should.
Just in case there is some resistance to this fake meat mandate, Gates has a plan for that too:
“Eventually, that green premium is modest enough that you can sort of change the [behavior of] people or use regulation to totally shift the demand,” said Gates.
Behavior modification through government regulation. With Biden and the democrats stealing power in Washington, there’s certainly the right group of people in place to make that happen.
There are of course some unintended consequences for things like this and by “unintended” I mean liberals are dumb and don’t think things through. Prohibitions never work and a ban on real beef will be no different. Americans love beef and if the government bans it, that just means there will be a black market for it. Instead of drug cartels, there will be steak cartels with all of the death and violence that goes along with smuggling illegal contraband.
To fuel this black market, 3rd world countries will ramp up their beef production, destroying forest for grazing lands. The environmental impact will actually be worse than if the government simply allowed people to eat whatever the f*ck they want.
Then, what do they do with all of the cows? There are currently 94.8 million head of cattle in the United States. Since liberals claim that cow farts are a major contributor to global warming, that means they would have to be eliminated. The carbon footprint left by a cow genocide, killing and safely disposing of the carcasses, would be greater than decades of bovine flatulence.
Plus, f*ck that. I ain’t eating no synthetic beef. Talk about a hill people are willing to die on, this is one. We almost had a civil war because the government would let us get haircuts or see a movie. Imagine the violent unrest that would come from the government taking away our tri-tips and double cheese burgers.
