Democrats have framed the Capitol protests of January 6 as a “deadly insurrection” because they say 5 people died. We know that 3 of those deaths were from medical emergencies unrelated to rioting and didn’t occur in the Capitol Building. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick was said to have been beaten to death by protesters, but that has turned out to be a lie. That just leave Air Force vet Ashli Babbitt, who was shot by a Capitol Police officer, but was she?
I’m not trying to defame Ashli Babbitt or start any wild conspiracies here, but everything else about the Capitol protests/riots/insurrection has turned out to be a lie, so I thought I’d look a little closer at the only death that occurred in the Capitol building on January 6.
This is the first video of the Babbitt shooting:

You can’t see the shooting, but you can hear it. It seems a bit odd that nobody reacted as if a gun was fired within a couple of feet of them.
Babbitt fell back and a plainclothes Capitol Police office kind of caught her and helped her down. He then picked her up off the ground and moved her to a slightly new position. At that point there was no blood present. The officer waved people back and started messing with the scarf around Babbitt’s neck. After a few moments, there was suddenly a lot of blood.
We know that Babbitt was still alive when she was extracted from the Capitol and that she later died at the hospital. In the time it must have taken for an ambulance to get to the Capitol and for EMTs to reach her location through the hundreds of protesters, one wold think that a gushing neck wound would have caused her to bleed out and die in minutes.
In this second video, taken by Antifa/Black Lives Matter agitator John Sullivan, we can see the shooting:
Babbitt was attempting to climb through a broken window. On the other side was a plainclothes Capitol Police officer with his gun drawn. The officer was aiming at Babbitt and then right before he pulled the trigger he pointed the gun somewhere else. Also, it really looked like the gun was aimed way to low to have delivered a shot to Babbitt’s neck, plus cops in general are trained to shoot at center-mass, not head shots.
In this last video, we can see the attempt to breach the door:
The first oddity of this video is that protesters were smashing the windows and attempting to break through the door but all of the heavily armed police walked by and headed down the stairs like nothing was going on. There was no attempt by Capitol police on this side of the door to stop the protesters.
Babbitt then jumped up into the broken window and was leaning forward when the shot rang out, yet she fell backwards. Unlike in Hollywood movies where a gun shot sends victims flying several feet through the air, in real life a bullet doesn’t do that to a person. If Babbit was leaning forward, she would have fallen forward. That’s the simple physics of gravity and momentum.
And again, we can see that not many people reacted to a gun shot within feet of them. One guy even said, “It’s just a flashbang.” Even the heavily armed cops didn’t seem too concerned that a shot was fired.
Maybe there is a perfectly good explanation for all of the odd things in these videos and perhaps I’m just seeing things that aren’t there, but there’s also some other weirdness to consider:
The Capitol was crawling with hundreds protesters and full of hundreds of armed law enforcement and nobody else got shot. The protesters fought the officers with improvised weapons and nobody else got shot. The protesters breached the House chamber and Congressional offices and nobody else got shot. Why did unarmed Ashley Babbitt get shot jumping through the broken window of a door, when cops weren’t even concerned that protesters where attempting to break through?
Plus there is this from NY Magazine:
…people close to Babbitt said they had no idea how devoted she was to Donald Trump and his movement until they saw her with a mob inside the U.S. Capitol.
Now her family members are trying to reconcile their own image of the feisty but private woman they knew with the one who stormed Congress as part of a violent mob that called for the killing of lawmakers.
They await the return of her ashes and are planning a small memorial. There will be no headstone.
And this from The Sun:
Ashli Babbitt, 35, raved about voting for Obama, calling him “our President” and saying that he had done “great things”, according to an investigation.
And finally, both Babbitt and Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick were Air Force vets. The chances that the only people “murdered” during the Capitol protests were both veterans of the same branch of the military must be astronomical.
We know that many of the Capitol protesters were leftists and crisis actors. We know that democrats and the liberal media lied that officer Sicknick was beaten to death by Trump supporters.
Here we have an Obama-loving democrat, who suddenly became a rabid Trump supporter, being shot in physics-defying fashion, and then she is cremated, with her ashes put in an unmarked grave. Like I said, everything may be on the level here, but there sure is an awful lot weirdness going on.
