Democrats didn’t get enough milage out of the “Capitol insurrection” so they’ve been pushing the false idea that there is more to come. First they said there would be Trump supporter violence during Joe Biden’s inauguration. When that didn’t happen they said Trump supporters would raid the Capitol on March 4. With again no violence, they amended that Capitol attack to March 20. Just in case that fails to materialize, an MSNBC stooge says that Trump will lead a white supremacist insurgency at some point.
The liberal media misses Donald Trump more than they care to admit. They aren’t allowed to talk about illegitimate president Joe Biden, so they’re still pushing the “orange man bad” nonsense to fill the otherwise dead air space.
On Dean Obeidallah’s radio show, Obama’s former “Muslim guy,” hosted MSNBC’s national security analyst Malcolm Nance and they talked about, what else, Trump. Obeidallah asked Nance this completely loaded question:
“When is the greatest time of risk from Donald Trump to our nation?” Obeidallah asked.
“You know, the time of risk is, when it comes to Trump and his supporters, comes more when he starts to open his mouth,” replied Nance.
Nance rambled on about how Trump is fleecing his followers and then got down to the business of explaining the real risk with the former President.
“The question is, how is he going to weaponize his real political base? Well, the only way he can is the only way that he’s always done it, is to incite things and so he’s going to,” said Nance. “He is going to incite a political insurgency, and it will lead to a terrorist and paramilitary insurgency.”
Oooh, sounds scary. A political insurgency that will lead to a terrorist and paramilitary insurgency, but how will it go down?
“It’s not going to be like he’s going to wake up one day and say ‘Attack the White House because it’s being defiled,’ and people are going to come down with pitchforks and torches. No, no, it’s going to be the way he said it: This government’s illegitimate, their agents are illegitimate, the FBI director is a traitor,” said Nance.
But it won’t just be a regular political insurgency according to Nance, it’ll have some racial overtones as well.
“We are going wake up someday and some group is going to carry out the plan in Michigan to take over a statehouse or kill a governor or assassinate congressmen. Let me tell you, the book the Turner Diaries that Timothy McVeigh lived by was exactly about this: a white supremacist uprising in America,” Nance said.
So it’s the “Michigan plan” is it? As a national security expert, Nance must know that the plot to kidnap and kill Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer was hatched by anti-Trump leftists. Maybe Nance is trying to suggest that since that plan, which was easily thwarted by the FBI, was such a good one that Trump and his supporters are going to “borrow” it.
The beauty of Nance’s conspiracy theory is that he didn’t set a specific date for this Trump-led white supremacist uprising. That way when it doesn’t happen, nobody can point at Nance and laugh at him. They can point at laugh at the fact-free absurdity of this claim, but least he won’t face any ridicule for being wrong about the date.
