When some knuckleheads wandered calmly through the halls of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, killing no one, democrats called it a deadly insurrection. When one of their own calls for the violent overthrow of the U.S. Government, they call it a women’s health issue. Senator Jeanne Shaheen is threatening the Supreme Court with revolution if they effectively ban abortion by overturning Roe v. Wade.
Here’s The AP with a little background on the case that has democrats in an insurrection kind of mood:
The Supreme Court will hear arguments Dec. 1 in Mississippi’s bid to have the landmark Roe v. Wade decision guaranteeing a woman’s right to an abortion overturned.
Mississippi is asking the high court to uphold its ban on most abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy. The state has told the court it should overrule Roe and the 1992 decision in Planned Parenthood v. Casey that prevent states from banning abortion before viability, the point at which a fetus can survive outside the womb, around 24 weeks of pregnancy.
And here’s a democrat threatening a violent revolution over the potential outcome of the case:

“I hope the Supreme Court is listening to the people of the United States because…I think if you want to see a revolution go ahead, outlaw Roe v. Wade and see what the response is of the public, particularly young people. Because I think that will not be acceptable to young women or young men,” said Shaheen.
A revolution, in this context, is people taking up arms and overthrowing the government. There is no other way to interpret what Shaheen said. She’s saying if the Supreme Court doesn’t rule the way she wants them to, that young people will violently take down the U.S. government and install a new regime more suitable to leftist crybabies.
As an added bonus, Shaheen has threatened the Supreme Court with violence and insurrection if they don’t decide the case a certain way.
If a Republican had said anything like this, democrats would take it as a threat to destroy democracy and our country’s institutions. I’m guessing democrats don’t see it the same way when a fellow democrat says it.
Of course the idea that a bunch of childless lesbians and milquetoast beta males could violently overthrow the government is absurd. The biggest problem is that the same people who think killing babies is essential women’s healthcare also hate guns. What are they going to do, topple the government with angry chants and butch haircuts?
What’s crystal clear here is that democrats hate the United States. When elections don’t go their way they call our country an outdated system of white supremacy. When the Supreme Court doesn’t rule the way they want, they call for its destruction.
