Recently Joe Biden said we shouldn’t be feeling the pinch of inflation caused by his incompetence because he sent us $1,400 checks. The liberal media is contractually obligated to defend everything Biden screws up so Joy Reid tried to push that line but her own incompetence got in the way. According to the MSNBC anchor, we have no right to hate Joe Biden because he gave us all $2,000 checks.
Jpy Reid was talking with Biden-fellater Michael Beschloss when she was lamenting Joe Biden’s sad poll numbers. She actually put up a graphic that gave him a 41% approval rating but in reality it’s more like 36%. Still, Reid didn’t think it was fair:
“I hate to really dwell on polls because they’re ephemeral and at this point in many of their presidencies a lot of presidents faced a crisis of public confidence, and Joe Biden faces a massive ongoing COVID nightmare that is harming his numbers. His numbers are pretty low right now,” said Reid.
That’s weird, I don’t remember her having sympathy for President Trump’s job approval rating last year during the “COVID nightmare.” Also, for the record, all of the crises Biden is facing are of his own doing. The border crisis, Afghanistan, inflation, gas prices, supply chain, etc.. are all things he caused with his sheer incompetence.
Even worse than her sadness over Biden’s polling numbers was her anger at Americans for making them so low:
“There are also a lot of Americans who despite having gotten the shots and checks are still telling pollsters that he’s accomplished nothing or almost nothing, which I find amazing. I guess they spent the whole $2,000 and now they’re not happy anymore,” Reid said.
There’s a lot of stupid to unpack here so strap yourselves in. First, Biden never gave us $2,000 checks. He promised $2,000 checks were going out the door on “day one” but he actually sent $1,400 checks months after taking office. Also, he didn’t give us that money because already belonged to us. If he had used some of his and Hunter’s Ukraine/China kickback money, then it would have kind of come from him but what he did was give us back a little bit that the government took from us in the first place.
Next, Biden didn’t give us “the shot” either. The COVD-19 vaccine was developed under Trump. Even the distribution plan was Trump’s because there were millions of jabs in arms before Biden began his illegitimate presidency.
Joy Reid seems astonished that people think that Biden has accomplished nothing or almost nothing but that’s the record of his reign of incompetency. He made a million bold promises before he stole the election and so far he hasn’t done one single thing. I’m grateful because his agenda is decidedly anti-American but the fact remains that he hasn’t done anything he said he was going to do.
It’s not like Biden hasn’t done anything, just not anything that benefits the American people. He’s managed to f*ck up everything from the economy to foreign and domestic policy. Would Reid feel better if the people being polled clarified that they don’t think Biden has done anything good?
The dumbest thing by far however is that Joy Reid thinks we owe Biden because he’s done so much for us. Even if he did give us $2,000 checks and a COVID-19 vaccine, that’s outweigh by him destroying our energy independence, crushing the working class, sending the DoJ after parents, and tanking the economy.
Joy Reid is saying that we have no right to hate Joe Biden but in the immortal words of Peter Steele: “This is the United States of American and you have a right to hate who you want.”
