Matt Tiabbi is a liberal media superstar for his scathing takedowns of the big banks. He is also a rabid Trump-hater but his standing with the leftist just took a hit. He gave an honest assessment of Joe Biden and everybody in the liberal media knows they’re supposed to look the other way at the democrat’s many faults. Calling Joe Biden a “corpse with hair plugs” is going to get Tiabbi banished from the Fake News Circle of Bullshit forever.
As was stated, Tiabbi is no fan of President Trump, but he doesn’t think much of Joe Biden either. In fact he calls the 2020 election “The Worst Choice Ever” and a “vomit milkshake.”
In response to his employers at Rolling Stone endorsing Joe Biden…
“Biden’s lived experience and expansive empathy make him not just a good, but an outstanding candidate… This is a fight between light and darkness,” wrote RS editors.
… Tiabbi had a different take of the democratic party nominee:
Joe Biden is a corpse with hair plugs whose idea of “empathy” is to jam fingers in the sternums of people who ask the wrong questions, or call them “fat” or “full of shit,” or dare them to “try me” — and that’s if he remembers what state he’s in.
I’ve never seen someone so eloquently and concisely capture the essence of Joe Biden like this. It would literally take me 10 paragraphs to point out what a piece of human garbage he is, but I guess that’s why Tiabbi is a famous writer and I’m not.
It gets better because he also takes a shot at the liberal media for completely ignoring who Biden really is:
Is he a better human than Donald Trump? Probably, but his mental decline has hit Lloyd Bridges-in-Hot-Shots! levels and he shares troubling characteristics with the president, beginning with a pathological struggle with truth.
Biden spent much of 2020 lying about everything from his Iraq War vote to his educational history to a fantasy about being arrested in South Africa with Nelson Mandela. The same press that killed him for this behavior in the past let it all slide this time. Same with the growing ledger of handsy-uncle incidents that had adolescent girls and campaigning politicians alike wondering why a Vice President needs to smell their hair or plant lingering kisses on their heads while cameras flash.
Before we go celebrating Matt Tiabbi for being the hero kid from The Emperor’s New Clothes, keep in mind that this is still an endorsement of Joe Biden:
Biden’s entire argument for the presidency, and it’s a powerful one, is his opponent. This week’s election is not a choice between “light or darkness,” but “pretty much anything or Donald Trump,” and only in that context is this disintegrating, bilious iteration of Scranton Joe even distantly credible as a choice for the world’s most powerful office.
Tiabbi’s actual argument here is that Joe Biden is an angry, senile, lying pervert who is worse than Donald Trump but vote for him anyway. I think this is his insurance policy in case Biden wins and is a complete disaster, he can claim that he called it.
If Tiabbi were truly brave in going against the Biden propaganda machine of the liberal media, he would have wrote this weeks ago instead of on Election Eve and he would have left out the part about that people should still vote for a “corpse with hair plugs.”
